I hate to rain on your parade, but this is blahuck! I have several bottles just sitting cause I can't swallow it and I can take a lot of things. The cinnamon is very strong. I prefer the plain old Blue Ice CLO.
Diane, I'm glad you told me!!! I haven't tried this brand before. I have a lemon flavored one sitting in the fridge now and now one will take it (myself included). I was hoping against hope that this one would be better.
