Melissa I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Papa was a very special person and I know it may not seem like it now but in time you'll be able to think of him and smile and remember all the wonderful times you had with him. My heart goes out to you my friend. Take care. Maura

Melissa - Is Papa your grandfather? I will assume as much. How truly wonderful to have had a grandfather for so many years. That is something I did not experience.
I feel for you in this mixed up time of lose and reminiscing.
Maybelline, Papa was indeed my grandfather. The very best grandfather. I was always close to him, and he lived just around the corner from us - less than 1 mile actually. I can't imagine who I'd have become without his precious influence in my life. His teachings and wisdom have shaped me in many ways.
Sorry for the loss of your papa...I lost my dad 5 years ago and my mother-in-law last week. It gives me so much peace knowing we will meet again someday. Kim
